Sun. 31st March, Hereford

We have had a very relaxing month in Hereford, spending time with Les' mum and time with Mike and Chrissie. We also were able to go and meet my nephew Ashley Sean and his delightful family.The big highlight was meeting, for the first time,my cousin Jean and her husband Bob, who live in Mixbury.

It has been cold and snowy on and off, which we have enjoyed. On tuesday we are setting off for Bristol on the first leg of our european bikeride.

Well, it was fun cycling and walking around London, and also spending a very nice day with my brother Mike and his wife Chrissie. We cycled past a pub called The Angel, which is said to have been visited by Captain James Cook just before he set off on his journey to Australia.

We are now in delightful Hereford for a month.
