Wednesday 29 June 2011 Milford Sound

We took a tour to Milford Sound.  It really is more amazing than we had imagined.  Delightful cruise on a 3 masted boat.  The skipper of the boat said that it was the best day that they had enjoyed in weeks - sunny and calm.
The tunnel above the sound was quite an experience - 1.2 km long.  We were glad that we didn't have to cycle through it.
