Pembroke to Carmarthen. 69km.

Still having bright dry sunny weather. Another very pleasant ride - there were lots of hills, but we seem to be getting used to them.

Tenby is the quintessential British seaside holiday town, with beaches, cliffs, lots of holiday guest houses, a castle and lots of places to eat. It would be the ideal place to film a Marple or Poirot mystery movie. It felt almost like we were in the mediterranean, especially as it was so sunny today.

Stayed at the Rose And Crown Hotel.

Route: Pembroke - St.Florence - Tenby - Amroth - St.Clears - Llangynog - Carmarthen.
