A long ride, but thankfully quite a lot of flattish roads. Another sunny day - we met a local on the beach front in Swansea, who said that he has never experienced such a warm October day (about 20 c)
We're having another rest day tomorrow at the Best Western Aberavon Beach hotel. Everyone here is really getting into the Rugby World Cup. So far, Wales is doing very well.
