Another challenging ride, but once again good weather and a light tailwind.
Route: Brighton - Rottingdean - Peacehaven - Newhaven - Seaford - Litlington - Berwick - Arlington - Polegate - Hamden Park - Eastbourne - Burlington Hotel.
Once you get away from the busy main roads, and go on to the quiet back roads, it is so silent and very pleasant.
