Easy ride to Hanmer Springs which is a hot spring town with beautiful surroundings You have snow capped mountains bordering remarkably flat green farm land, so while you are cycling through mountains it is actually quite flat and easy. Having said that Hanmer Springs is 380 metre above sea level, so we must have been climbing.The hot pools were delightful and are thoroughly recommended.
