1st June 2011 Timaru to Fairlie 67kms

Now cycling from coast uphill on our way to the Alps.  Took back roads out of town.  Steady climb all day and beautiful scenery.  Ash noticed that Les had another flat tyre whilst manfully cycling up a huge hill.  Overnight stop at Fairlie unremarkable.
